Sourceforge is an excellent repository of free software for Windows, Linux, MacOS and even Android. All the software is open source, meaning that the source code is also made available for other programmers to edit. This provides for a collaborative approach to software development.

Oh a love open source. I think that is very important to share open source software with others people for free.
We are currently running our main shop website http://shop.itmanx.com on open source software. It's great to use and the community help you get out there is often better than the technical support teams from paid software.
